Guys, it happened.
For the past three or so weeks I have been INCREDIBLY Lazy and unmotivated to do anything except lounge around the house (a.k.a. lying on my couch under a blanket). Now, if you don’t know, I love my couch… too much…if you would like some context you can read I Confess. I’m A Couch Potato. However, not too long ago I publicly self congratulated my efforts towards my physical health (This Couch Potato Has Been Gyming).
Well, I have to admit, I’ve fallen off the wagon.
In the last 3 weeks, I’ve been to the gym three times. Not too bad, but it is a step in the direction of going to the gym ZERO times.
– There was very heavy snow and cold weather renders me, a hermit. Just look at how thick it was! (Keep in mind that it rarely snows this much in England)
– Laziness, I just wanted to binge watch Netflix, eat and play video games (shout out to final fantasy 15).
– I love food too much and wanted to go home and eat.
I’ve also not taken the stairs in the morning at work for a whole….I’ve lost count, so you know it’s been a long time. On the other hand, I do walk down the stairs.
I’ve also almost been exclusively sitting during my nightly showers. But you know what, I don’t even feel bad about this one. I love sitting showers so much!
So here I am, admitting that I’ve fallen. I dunno, maybe admitting that I haven’t been good at self-care will be a message to ‘get my ass to the gym’.
